“We have used Dry Basement® for many years and love them for their wonderful customer service, and they work with us with scheduling and maintenance. During the last heavy rain we had, we called when we found out the pump wasn’t working, and even with the 700+ calls they had for service, they still were able to take care of us with a brand new pump within 24 hours! I recommend them to anyone with water in basement issues.”
